Based on our first virtual meeting :) these are the notes we discussed about the updates :
Meeting
Friday 5th of March at 1:30 PM
Journals:
20 journals to be distributed to students with different classes and majors. Students are expected to write the type of help they needed, the time and who did they ask for help.
Asma will prepare the journal and each team member will responsible for distributing and contact 5 students who will be participating in this method.
EC ARC's: gather information about similar services in other campuses
ABP and north western: Rana
Texas: Asma
Georgetown :Rami
cornel : Shaza
we are interested in:services, student demand/use (how many), service availability , help provided , challenges , future plans ..etc
Blueprint:modify the blueprint by adding the mailing system as a physical evidence and show the process as we did with other physical spaces.
Journals will be ready by sunday in class , we will get the professor's feedback and start distributing.Also, in class we will set the questions for the interview with the EC ARC's staff and modify the blueprint.
